Display and filter real estate listings from your Estatx account on your WordPress site.

== Description ==

Estatx is a real estate management service for estate agencies. This plugin connects your WordPress site to your Estatx account and lets you show your listings on your own website.

**An Estatx account is required.** The plugin does nothing without one. Estatx is a paid subscription service with a free 14-day trial; plans and pricing are available at [estatx.hu](https://estatx.hu).

The plugin adds three blocks to the block editor:

* **Ingatlan Lista (Property list)** - your listings with filters, property detail pages and an inquiry form.
* **Ingatlan Kereső (Property search)** - a search bar that sends visitors to your list page.
* **Ingatlan Beküldő (Property submission)** - login, registration and a form where visitors can submit their own property. Your agency approves every submission.

The plugin also provides search-friendly property URLs in the form `/elado/...` (for sale) and `/kiado/...` (for rent).

The plugin interface and the widgets are currently available in Hungarian.

== External services ==

This plugin connects to the Estatx service, operated by the Estatx team (https://estatx.hu). The plugin cannot work without it. Nothing is loaded from or sent to the service until you enter your Widget ID in the plugin settings.

**What is loaded and when:** on pages where you place one of the plugin's blocks, the visitor's browser loads the widget scripts (`widget.js` and `submit-widget.js`) from `https://admin.estatx.hu`. The widget then requests your listings from the same server using your Widget ID.

**What data is sent:**

* When a page with a block is opened, the visitor's browser contacts the Estatx server. This transfers the visitor's IP address and standard browser information, your Widget ID and the search filters and pages the visitor uses.
* If a visitor sends an inquiry, subscribes to a price alert, registers or submits a property, the data entered in the form (for example name, email address, phone number, message and property details) is sent to Estatx and made available to your agency.

**Maps:** on property pages that show a map, the visitor's browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap (`tile.openstreetmap.org`). This transfers the visitor's IP address to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy

The plugin itself stores only two settings in your WordPress database: the Widget ID and the list page.

* Terms of Service: https://estatx.hu/aszf
* Privacy Policy: https://estatx.hu/adatvedelem
* Data Processing Agreement: https://estatx.hu/adatfeldolgozas

As the site owner you are responsible for informing your visitors about this data transfer, for example in your own privacy policy.
